من يقدر يستخدم الخدمة
يجب أن تملك صلاحية إدارة حساب Instagram الذي تربطه، وأن تستخدم الخدمة وفق سياسات Meta والقانون النافذ. لا يجوز إرسال رسائل غير مرغوبة، ولا مشاركة بيانات الدخول، ولا ربط حساب لا تملك صلاحيته.
تطبيق Meta الخاص بمتجرك
ما دام تطبيق المنصة الرئيسي لم يحصل على Advanced Access من Meta، فالربط يتم عبر تطبيق Meta الذي تملكه أنت. أنت مسؤول عن إعداد ذلك التطبيق وعن التزامه بشروط Meta، ونحن مسؤولون عن حفظ رموزه مشفّرة واستخدامها لتشغيل متجرك فقط. لا نضمن قرار Meta بشأن أي تطبيق، لا تطبيقك ولا تطبيق المنصة.
الاشتراك والدفع
تبدأ بتجربة 7 أيام مجاناً من إنشاء المتجر. بعدها الاشتراك 75,000 د.ع لكل 30 يوم، ويشمل حتى 1,000 مراسل Instagram فريد خلال الدورة. الدفع يدوي بالكامل: لا تجديد تلقائي ولا خصم تلقائي ولا بطاقة محفوظة، وتُفعَّل الدورة الجديدة بعد تأكيد وصول الحوالة. لا ترسل أي مبلغ إلى وجهة لم تظهر لك داخل صفحة الاشتراك في حسابك.
عند انتهاء المدة أو بلوغ الحد
يتوقف الرد التلقائي فقط. يبقى دخولك إلى حسابك، وتبقى محادثاتك وطلباتك وبياناتك، وتقدر ترد على زبائنك بنفسك. لا يترتب على التوقف حذف بيانات، والحذف لا يحصل إلا بطلب صريح.
الإيقاف والتعليق
قد نوقف التكامل عند سحب الصلاحيات من Meta، أو عند خطر أمني، أو عند مخالفة هذه الشروط. الخدمة في مرحلة تشغيل محدودة ولا تتضمن وعداً بتوفر دائم أو بخلوّها من الانقطاع.

Who may use the service
You must be authorized to manage every Instagram account you connect and must use the service in accordance with Meta's policies and applicable law. Unsolicited messaging, credential sharing, and connecting an account you are not authorized to manage are prohibited.
Your store's Meta app
While the platform's own app does not hold Advanced Access from Meta, connection happens through a Meta app that you own. You are responsible for configuring that app and for its compliance with Meta's terms; we are responsible for storing its tokens encrypted and using them only to run your store. We do not guarantee Meta's decision on any app, yours or the platform's.
Subscription and payment
A 7-day free trial starts when the store is created. After it, the subscription is 75,000 د.ع per 30 days and includes up to 1,000 unique Instagram messengers per cycle. Payment is entirely manual: no automatic renewal, no automatic charge, no stored card, and a new cycle begins after the transfer is confirmed as received. Never send money to a destination that has not been shown to you inside your own subscription page.
When a cycle ends or the limit is reached
Only automated replies stop. Your sign-in, conversations, orders and data all remain, and you can keep answering customers yourself. Stopping deletes nothing; deletion happens only on an explicit request.
Suspension
We may suspend an integration when permissions are revoked at Meta, when there is a security risk, or on breach of these terms. This is a limited operating stage and carries no promise of uninterrupted availability.
Support
The only contact channel today is iq.waseet@gmail.com. We never ask you for a password or an access token.
