حذف البيانات — Data Deletion
ثلاث طرق
الأولى: امسح صلاحية التطبيق من إعدادات حسابك على Instagram أو Facebook، أو عطّل تطبيق Meta الذي تملكه، فيتوقف وصولنا إلى الحساب. لا يوجد داخل التطبيق زر فصل خاص بصاحب المتجر، لأن التطبيق الذي يمنح الصلاحية يملكه أنت وتُدار صلاحيته من عندك.
الثانية: أرسل طلب الحذف الرسمي من إعدادات Meta. يعيد الطلب رمز متابعة لا يحتوي بيانات حسابك، ثم ينفّذ النظام في الخلفية إزالة بيانات التكامل ورموز الوصول والرسائل والوسائط المرتبطة به.
الثالثة: راسلنا على iq.waseet@gmail.com من البريد المرتبط بحسابك واطلب حذف بيانات متجرك.
شنو ينحذف وشنو يبقى
تُنقّح بيانات العميل من الطلبات التجارية المرتبطة، وتبقى القيم المالية وحالة الطلب فقط إلى أن تُعتمد مدة الاحتفاظ القانونية النهائية وتُنشر على صفحة الخصوصية. لا نعلن مدة احتفاظ قبل اعتمادها.
إيقاف الاشتراك ليس حذفاً
انتهاء الدورة أو بلوغ حد المراسلين يوقف الرد التلقائي فقط ويُبقي بياناتك كما هي. إذا كنت تريد الحذف فعلاً، اختر أحد الطرق الثلاثة أعلاه.
لا ترسل كلمة المرور أو رمز الوصول بأي رسالة. هذا النص شرح لطريقة عمل الخدمة وليس استشارة قانونية.
Three routes
First: revoke the app's access from your Instagram or Facebook settings, or disable the Meta app you own, and our access to the account ends. There is no in-app disconnect button for the store owner, because the app that grants the permission is yours and its permission is managed from your side.
Second: submit Meta's official deletion request from your Meta settings. It returns a non-identifying tracking code, and the system then asynchronously removes the integration, its credentials, and the related messages and media.
Third: email iq.waseet@gmail.com from the address linked to your account and ask for your store's data to be deleted.
What is removed and what remains
Customer data is de-identified from linked commercial orders; only financial amounts and order status remain, until a final legal retention period is approved and published on the privacy page. We do not state a retention period before it is approved.
Ending a subscription is not deletion
A finished cycle or a reached messenger limit stops automated replies only and leaves your data untouched. If you actually want deletion, use one of the three routes above.
